Job Summary:

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on leader who can run a fence crew and take ownership of job sites from start to finish. If you take pride in quality work, lead by example, and want to grow with a well-established company, this role is for you.

Duties:

• Install and repair residential and commercial fences
• Lead and manage a crew of 2-3 installers on job sites
• Read and execute work orders, blueprints, and specifications electronically through our CRM
• Operate equipment (post drivers, augers, skid steer, etc.) safely and efficiently
• Ensure jobs are completed on time within labor expectations
• Communicate with customers, on site project managers, and office staff regarding job progress
• Support and mentor crew members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in the field
• Experience in the construction industry or related
• Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques for assembling fence panels
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
• Attention to detail and precision while maintaining efficiency
• CDL preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
