Commercial Estimator:
Come join our fun and relaxed team as a commercial estimator.
We are looking for someone able to manage all aspects of commercial fence projects from beginning to end. Mostly stand-alone with only additional support from upper management and other team members. We are looking for someone who is driven, motivated and has attention to detail. Experience in the fencing industry is a plus but not necessary. The position is a base pay plus commission.
Responsibilities Include:
- Plan take off.
- Prepare and estimate costs.
- Prepare and send quotes.
- Ability to learn estimating and CRM software.
- Submittals/Deliverables
- Maintain contractor relationships.
Experience:
- Contract specialist
- Government bidding
- High school diploma (Bachelors in construction management or related preferred but not necessary with experience)
- 3 years’ experience in commercial estimating or related

Fence Installer:

We are looking for a professional fence installer. Experience as a fence installer or related field a plus. Accountability, professionalism, and a good work ethic is a must.
