Joseph Hayworth is a second-generation fence man who took over after his father's retirement. He is the lead installation foreman and began working for Hayworth Fence Company, installing fences, while still in high school. Being raised by two fence professionals, Joseph has learned every aspect of the fence industry and has worked in the company for ten years.
Joseph plans on continuing his education in the industry through the various schools offered through the American Fence Association. With his dedication to professionalism, knowledge, and experience, Joseph will lead the company for many years to come before passing it on to the third generation.
Lynn Hayworth began her fencing career in 1982, starting as a partner with her husband, Fred. In 1999, Lynn earned her certification as a fence professional from the American Fence Association where she was actively involved for 15 years. During her 15 years, she served on the Board of Directors and in various officer positions of the American Fence Association, with her final position as President of the American Fence Association in 2009.
As chairman of the AFA's Certified Fence Professional program, Lynn worked with Southern Illinois University to develop a curriculum for the program. In 2007, Lynn received the AFA's President's Award; in 2010, she received the AFA's Distinguished Service Award. Today, Lynn continues to work with the AFA in ongoing development of curriculum for fence installer certification.
Meet The Talented Team Behind Hayworth Fence Company
Alli started her fencing career in March of 2015 after graduating from UW - Eau Claire with a degree in Mathematics.
She is currently working to expand her knowledge of the fencing industry and continuing her education by becoming a Certified Fencing Professional.
Kalen is the outgoing, friendly leader of our Sales department. She graduated from Chippewa Valley Technical College in May of 2019 with an Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management. She really enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, and helping them find the right fence for their needs.
Fred began working in the fencing industry over 40 years ago before passing Hayworth Fence along to his son, Joe. Now a retired man, Fred spends his time fishing and working on various projects at home.
